I have used and installed APC ups for very nearly 20 years, the APCSU2200I is 51Kg, all large ups's are heavy. But it is a pain to have to remove the batteries before moving the unit upstairs in premises without a lift! Please APC package the batteries apart, yes on the pallet, but in their own boxes! Also put the serial number on the front! It would be very helpfull to have more details about the various modules that can be inserted into the unit, existing details do not give enough information, they must assume that people have used them before and know what they do. Will I buy another, very likely as I have had very few problems with them over the years. This ups is suppling power to a Linux server and its air conditioning unit, hot weather and one minute power cuts, 4 in one day! prompting this purchase, the air conditioner lost its settings and would not come back on!
