If you plan to use this to support a PCI-E graphics card, please be aware many people including the author have had a lot of problems trying to get this combination to work. See this link http://forum.thinkpads.com/viewtopic.php?p=192624#192624 and other threads on this forum for more information. Otherwise product seems fine, but this is main reason for many people choosng this over the mini-dock or port replicator.

Excellent service - product arrived promptly as promised. Apart from taking up more room on my desk than the docking station it replaced it has so far performed well without any problems or glitches.
