- Unlimited access to Business Support Help Desk 8am-8pm (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)
- Guaranteed next business day fix
- Cost of replacement parts upon failure of a part
- Operating System is re-loaded as part of the service (if media and license details are available)
- Advice on Windows operating systems (including 3.1, 3.11, 95, 98, 2000, NT4 workstation and XP) Microsoft Office, Microsoft Internet Explorer, Microsoft Publisher, Microsoft Outlook, Lotus SmartSuite, Lotus Organiser
- Not included:
- Apple computers and operating systems
We will provide an on-site expert technician to repair your PCs and laptops beyond the standard manufacturer's warranty. Unlike many support packages, Business On-site Maintenance also incudes telephone software application support, allowing trained consultants to diagnose and resolve problems over the phone with minimum disruption to your business.
