Compatability AIT-2 Turbo tape drives provide performance and capacity approaching that of LTO-1 at a price point similar to DAT72. With up to 2 times the capacity and 4 times the speed as DAT72. The drive is available with low cost ATAPI interface for use with entry-level servers.

The AIT - 2 Turbo has the highest reliability through AME media and a dustproof bezel design. It also uses a low cost AIT-2 Turbo media.
