- Unpacking, checking and installation of your new PC and other hardware purchased
- Start-up of PC and boot to the Operating System
- Connection of a printer, scanner etc
- Set-up of an Internet account and configuration of email client
- Standalone installation or a new client on to an existing client server or peer-to-peer network
- Test of PC and peripheral functions
- Available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

Once your equipment is with you on-site our experts will install your PC and all other related purchases with minimum disruption to your business. Your products will be fully tested to ensure they are working satisfactory. If required your internet account will be set up for you, and a network connection established to either your Microsoft Windows (NT/2000/2003) Server or to peer-to-peer network.
