Checking the status of an order

     
  When logged in to your account, the progress of orders placed on your account can be tracked using the View Your Orders link, found on the Your Account menu. After clicking this option all orders placed on your account, both online and over the telephone, can be seen with any delivery date information.
At the top of the screen there is also a search filter, which allows you to search for orders by Product Code, Purchase Order number and date.

What do the different Order Status messages mean?
Received - This means that we have received your order and it is being processed.
Dispatched - Your goods have been picked and dispatched from our warehouse. Once goods are dispatched you can track your parcel by clicking the Delivery Details link.
Qty - The number of products ordered
Qty Outstanding - If goods have not yet been dispatched this will show a quantity outstanding.
Expected at PCWB - The date on which we expect outstanding goods to arrive from our suppliers.

Parcel Tracking
On orders which have been despatched, a Track Your Parcel link will appear which enables you to track your parcel after it has been despatched from our warehouse.
