Technical support is given to PCWB account holders where the product has been despatched direct from the PCWB warehouse. For PC World Store products please contact your local store for support.

Before calling Technical Support, please :
- have to hand the sales order number for the product in question (this can be found on the Despatch Note or Invoice);
- have full details of the product and the problem you are experiencing;
- have the product with you so the team can support the product whilst you are on the phone;
