On-site maintenance

No matter what kit you've got, nor where you bought it from, our On-site Maintenance service will send round an engineer, to fix your hardware, within one business day of your call.

Desktops, notebooks and monitors - we can fix them all, even if they are long out of the standard manufacturer's warranty. Plus, as each maintenance agreement lasts a year you can call us as many times as you like.

As well as looking after your hardware we also provide FREE software advice to help you troubleshoot problems with your programmes or operating system from our telephone support line.

The service includes:

  • On-site hardware repairs including parts and labour
  • Guaranteed next business day fix*
  • A loan machine if we take yours for repair
  • Unlimited access to our Business Support Help Desk 9am - 8pm, Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays
  • Troubleshooting software advice

* Next business day fix applies to mainland UK only on calls placed before 4pm.

 

What is included:

  • Unlimited access to the Business Support Help Desk 8am - 8pm (Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays)
  • Telephone diagnosis of the nature of the problem
  • Guaranteed next business day fix *
  • Operating System is re-loaded as part of the service (if media and license details are available)
  • On-site hardware fix for the duration of the period of the contract including parts and labour
  • Advice on a broad range of business software including the following:
    • Windows operating systems (including 3.1, 3.11, 95, 98, 2000, NT4 workstation and XP)
    • Microsoft Office
    • Microsoft Internet Explorer
    • Microsoft Publisher
    • Microsoft Outlook
    • Lotus Smartsuite & Organiser

What is excluded:

  • Accidental or malicious damage
  • Cover for normal wear and tear
  • Consumable parts
  • Cables
  • Calls must relate to specific problems, general tuition on how to use different software is not included
  • Telephone support for software problems relating to accounting software
  • Configuration of user settings such as file shares, user accounts, views, wizards, printer drivers, etc.
  • Servers or server operating systems
  • Data backup or recovery
  • Application recovery
