Parcel Tracking and Proof of Delivery
It's quick and easy to track the progress of an order that has been despatched from our warehouse.
- Log in with your username and password
- From the Your Account menu (near the top right of the screen) select View Your Orders.
- Find the order you require on the page and click the Tracking link. By default the page shows orders for the previous month only, use the search box to view older orders.
- Click on the Parceline Consignment Number to track your parcel and view proof of delivery. If the order has been despatched in more than one shipment, seperate numbers will appear for each one.
If shipment has been made by a method other than Parceline (such as direct delivery, customer collection etc), tracking details may not be available. If online proof of delivery is unavailable, more details can be obtained by completing this form.
