We'll take your new purchase out of the box and assess it for any
damage. We'll check it has all its accessories, and then we'll power
it up to undertake testing and ensure there are no dead on
arrival components.
The inspection includes:
- A full cosmetic check
- A power check and full hardware test
- A full BIOS check (if applicable)
- An inspection of all working and critical components
- Confirmation the product is complete with all of its supplied accessories.
