- Set up and configuration of secure broadband Internet connection
- Onsite installation of network operating systems

We can advise on and organise the design, configuration, installation
and support package your business needs for its network from start
to finish. As I've got over 250 field engineers handling 165,000
nationwide field visits per year, you can have as many or as few
guys as you need, charged on a daily or half-daily basis and priced
according to qualifications and experience.

Standard engineer
- Standalone PC installations & reconfigurations
- Standalone notebook installations & reconfigurations
- Peer-to-Peer PC networking and printing, with basic file and printer sharing
- Single server network installations
- Low-end router installations
- Troubleshooting/diagnostic/fault fixing work involving a PC (minimum 1 day).
Advanced engineer
- Pre-installation site survey (minimum 1 day, to include writing of report)
- SBS2000, mail, database and multi-server installations (includes where migrating data from customer's existing server to a single new server)
- Mid-range router installations (e.g. Cisco 801)
- Installation of layer 3 switches
- Troubleshooting/diagnostic/fault fixing work involving one or more servers (minimum 1 day).
Senior engineer
- Consultancy/project management
- Senior Engineer Server Cluster Configuration
- Storage Area Networking
- High End Servers.
