List of Exclusions

• Plugs, fuses, wires, cables, batteries, disks, cartridges, tapes, software, bulbs, fusers and other consumable items (items which are regularly replaced)
• Lamps used in projectors
• Cosmetic damage, such as scratches
• Repair costs that have not been approved
• Protection for loss of your product
• Any loss suffered because you cannot use your product or any loss other that repair or replacement
• Damage or breakdown to a product if it is caused by a
  computer virus
• The cost of repairing or replacing your product which fails because anyone neglects, abuses or misuses the product
• Damage or breakdown that is due to lightning, flood, wind or other severe weather conditions
• Network support
• Replacement of any stolen software media
• Telephone support for software support relating to accounting software
• Configuration of user settings such as file share, user accounts, views, wizards, printer drivers etc.
• Data back up recovery
• Application recovery
• Any service or benefit where the Service Agreement has
  been suspended
• Inoperability of a product caused by withdrawal of services by a third party
• Accidental damage or misuse on products that qualify for
  instant replacement.
