What is excluded:
- Apple computer operating systems
- An on-site engineer visit to resolve complex software issues (available at extra cost)
- Calls must relate to specific problems, general tuition on how to use different software is not included
- Support for SAGE and other accounting software
- Support for software not stocked in PC World stores
